us bread club members have been without proper representation for far too long. three days ago, hopped up on caffeine and jittery, i proposed that we ought to create a community and so i went ahead and created a discord server without thinking about it. no joke i could not sleep that night because i was nervous as shit because i realized the responsibilities of creating a whole community from scratch. plus i remembered i'm a horrible conversationalist.

well now i'm in too deep. what do i do? i spend the next week correcting my error is what i do.

1. the community must run on procedure; no small talk!!! only rules and schedules!!
2. must be *adjacent* to zoë's content & operations, while still engaging the community. so operate in a separate space entirely but still attract bread club members.
3. should ideally offer interactivity with zoë's content, if she allows it of course.
4. zoë is BANNED from the bread club members' union. unless she turns oy vey on us.

i also knew i wanted the act to run deep, like really deep. so the bread club members' union is built on a technical and bureaucratic basis, as close as we can get to a real-life union. while i'm still imagining how the whole thing will actually work, the basis is set and now i need to recruit new members!!

and a union is honestly the best concept i've ever had. we the fans remain our own separate identity while creating a formal and polite basis to actually interface with zoë. so the union thing isn't completely a joke; we are essentially forming one collective to make everybody more heard. i hope this helps bring everybody together while also making sure boundaries are never crossed. admittance to the union will remain fairly strict to ease moderation and make sure none of us union members run out of line. if that happened we'd probably necessitate a bread club members' union members' union, which i'm open to starting but frankly sounds a bit of a hassle.

together we will ensure zoë bread (the bread club leader) stays in her freaking lane!!!
